Any small town that thrives on tourism is going to have its fair choice of restaurants at every turn and Zipolite is no different. The bonus for travelers here is that Zipolite is an underdeveloped home away from home for new-age-hippies traveling on a budget, so there are plenty of places to eat cheaply and healthy.

San Cristobal International Cuisine - The San Cristobal Restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes in order to better serve its international clientele. Samples from their menu include: Traditional Mexican dishes, Burgers, Pastas, Sea Food, and great drinks from their Bar. For more information visti their web site.

Gloria's Shambhala Mexican Cuisine - Gloria's Shambhala has a restaurant serving traditional Mexican dishes at very reasonable prices. If you want to a great view while dining, you will find that the restaurants position on the hill overlooks the whole beach. Open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

El Alquimista Restaurant - Located on the west end of the beach between Shambhala and Lo Cosmico, the Alquemista has become a popular place to eat dinner and have drinks when the sun goes down (really good hot chocolate).

La Choza - A good restaurant with affordable prices between $3.50 and $8.00 USD. See map page for location.

3 De Diciembre Pizzeria - Good Pizzas in just the right size to fill you up for around $5.00 USD, and be sure to check out their vegetarian dishes. They are open 7pm to 2am Wednesday through Sunday. See map page for location.

El Terible Pizza - Sells pizzas at 2 for the price of one. And they're really not as bad as the name may imply.
