Damiana : A nice restaurant in an old 18th century hacienda serving
Mexican and Seafood dishes. Located by the San Jose town plaza.
Enrique's Steak & Lobster : Located at Km 4.5 on Highway 1. Good
restaurant with reasonable prices.
Mi Cocina : An up-scale restaurant located in the Casa Natalia Hotel.
Said to have some of the finest dishes in Los Cabos.
Restorante Da Gorgio : Located on a cliff with
great views (Highway 1 at Km 5.5). Great place for Lobster dinner
or cocktails. Reservations are suggested (624-145-8160).
Tropicana Bar & Grill : A popular choice with the tourist crowds,
the Tropicana serves Seafood, Steaks, and some Mexican dishes like
fajitas. Located at 30 Blvd. Mijares.
Zippers : Budget burgers and the like located at
Km 18.5 on Highway 1.
CABO SAN LUCAS RESTAURANTS :
Cafe Cane : As the name implies, it is a cafe.
. . but it does have some reasonably priced dishes. A nice place
to have an Espresso or a meal on the go when you are in the Marina.
Look for the Plaza las Glorias hotel.
Gordo's Tortas : If you don't know what a torta is, it's a sandwich
that is usually somewhere between hamburger and subway size and filled
with what you want. I personally love the chicken tortas and think
it is a great place to grab a bite when you are on the go. Another
great budget place :) Located at Gurrero & Zapata. (They serve tacos
too)
Mi Casa : If you are looking for GOOD Mexican food,
this is the place to go. Located on Calle Cabo San Lucas & Madero,
reservations are recommended (624-143-1933).
Mocambo : Excellent Seafood with a Mexican twist.
Located at Leona Vicario & 20 de Noviembre.
Marisqueria Mazatlan : A very popular place with
the locals for a good reason. Great Seafood and prices that anyone
can afford. Located on Mendoza at 16 de Septiembre.
Pancho's : Good Mexican food at a restaurant comparable to Mi Casa.
Located on Hidalgo between Zapata & Serdan.
The Office : If you are off to
the beach, look for this one on Playa Medano.
