Welcome to Advantage Mexico's Huatulco Map page with a map of Huatulco's
tourist zone.
The Huatulco map is meant to be used only as a reference
to find your way around the tourist zone. While there aren't many
streets, and Huatulco Mexico appears to be quite small (as it is);
one must bear in mind that it is very spread out over a very large
area and miles lie between the various colored sections. So if you
plan on going from one end of town to the other, you had better plan
on taking a taxi.
Huatulco Mexico is a planned tourist center which
is still under construction and will not reach its goal for another
ten years or so. The central section is quite small and one can easily
walk anywhere to shop or eat, but if you are staying in one of the
big resorts along the beach in the Santa Cruz area (or near the Golf
Course at the other end), don't assume that you can easily walk to
the central part of town (unless you have a couple of hours and plenty
of water) . . . Take a taxi ! |
